MSCulture™ High Growth基础培养基及配套添加剂是一款血清添加型增殖培养基，可使间充质干细胞（MSC：Mesenchymal Stem Cell）在高质量状态下高效增殖。适用于各种组织来源（骨髓、脂肪、脐带基质）的MSC。与传统的MEMα或MSC增殖培养基相比，该产品拥有更强的促增殖能力。

MSCulture™ High Growth添加剂

先用本产品大量扩增MSCs，然后细胞移入EV-Up™ 间充质干细胞外泌体生产用基础培养基（产品编号：053-09451）及配套EV-Up™ 间充质干细胞外泌体生产用添加剂（产品编号：298-84001）中进行培养，可高效产生大量的高活性细胞外囊泡（EVs）。

MSC来源细胞外囊泡的抗纤维化活性比较

据报告，MSC来源的细胞外囊泡（EV）具有抗纤维化活性。分别使用MSCulture™ High Growth基础培养基及配套添加剂（另外添加血清）和品牌A 的MEMα增殖骨髓来源MSC后，更换EV-Up™ 间充质干细胞外泌体生产用基础培养基及配套添加剂来生产EVs。用PS亲和法从培养上清液中纯化EVs。将浓度为5×107 particles/mL纯化EVs添加到TGF-β受激的人胚肺成纤维细胞，通过定量纤维化标记（胶原V）基因表达来比较抗纤维化活性。

       此产品是一种高度密封容器，是保存挥发性溶剂、农药、二噁英等其他各种标准溶液的理想容器。此产品有类似容量瓶的超长颈,可长期保持密封性,且瓶口部位及瓶盖间使用了全氟化O型圈，从而可避免温度变化引起的材料收缩及有机溶剂气化导致的膨胀现象。可在常温~冷冻（-20℃）的环境下使用。

●　可在室温及冷冻（-20℃）环境下保存有机溶剂3个月，密封性达 99% 以上。

●　产品规格包括1 mL、2 mL、5 mL、10 mL四种产品规格。

●　产品上方装有取样口，可直接使用微型注射器进行取样。

◆试验案例  ——  使用各种溶剂进行的密封性试验


　　将10 mL丙酮、10 mL己烷、10 mL乙醚分别放入10 mL规格的高度密封瓶以及10 mL规格的A公司同等密封瓶中，将其密封后，分别置于室温下及冷冻（-20℃）环境中。下图为上述溶剂经过1周—3个月的密封存放后所呈现的质量变化情况。最后发现此 Wako 的产品密封性高于A公司同等产品。保存了3个月后，密封性达到 99% 以上。

在瓶盖内侧设有瓶口螺帽部仵,以防止因温度变化引起材料收缩，从而导致密封性受损的现象。

另外，瓶身与瓶盖间还采用了全氟化O型圈，该O型圈不仅不受温度变化的影响，还具备高耐药性。

玻璃瓶身外径大于 7.6 mm OD 的情况下，不可将注射器伸至取样口前端。当时用的注射器规格大于 25 μL 时，请注意瓶身外径。

●　可作为抗生素使用；

●　与巴佛洛霉素A1相比（产品编号：BVT-0252），是更有效的特异性H+-ATPase抑制剂；

●　可抑制细胞器酸化（如溶酶体和高尔基体）；

●　可提升溶酶体pH值，从而使溶酶体酸性水解酶失活，以抑制其自噬降解；

●　可阻断病毒糖蛋白在细胞表面表达，而不影响该蛋白的合成；

●　在细胞活力测定中，刀豆素A对多种细胞系具有细胞毒性；

●　可诱导一氧化氮（NO）产生；

●　刀豆素A可使免疫系统能够杀死感染HIV的细胞。

Nef是一种HIV编码的辅助蛋白，其通过下调主要组织相容性复合体I类分子（MHC-1）的表达来避免被细胞毒性T淋巴细胞（CTL）杀死，从而增强了致病性。刀豆素A已被确认为Nef的有效抑制剂，其可恢复MHC-1的表达并通过细胞毒性T淋巴细胞增强对HIV感染的原代细胞的清除。刀豆素A可抵消不同进化枝HIV的Nef对多种不同MHC-1的作用，表明其或具有广泛的治疗用途。

SAN High Quality（生物加工级）是在制造和生物加工工作流程中有效去除核酸的解决方案。这种非特异性重组核酸内切酶在高盐浓度下具有最佳活性，可提高各种工作流程的效率和产量。

盐是各种净化方案的重要组成部分。盐的存在可以最大限度地减少聚集、增加目标溶解度并提高目标产量。高盐使污染的 DNA 能够从相关蛋白质中解离出来并可供降解。SAN High Quality 与高盐条件的使用高度兼容。
