Biontex是一家基因工程领域的高新技术公司。它成立于1998年，其总部位于德国慕尼黑附近的Martinsried。Biontex公司主要致力于转染载体方面的研究。其目标是想通过改进自己的核酸运载载体和蛋白运载载体不断加强在转染技术方面的优势从而开发大量的高质量的基因工程产品

目前，公司主打的产品是一种能适用所有类型细胞并且在体内和体外都能高效转染的不引起免疫反应的合成转染载体。　　 　　

Biontex除了独步的转染试剂外，还提供无支原体的细胞培养试剂、支原体去除和检测产品、用于蛋白表达纯化的介质——固相琼脂糖。简而言之，biontex公司的所有产品都是围绕的显微成像技术而展开的。
