NAKED GOLD® 浓缩胶体金溶液

Naked Gold® 为15-OD (光密度)未标记的金溶液。Naked Gold sols标记后可用于开发快速检测产品以及POC快速诊断产品。Naked Gold经性工艺流程生产制备，不需要经过传统方法的离心和煮沸步骤。通过该*流程制备的金溶液，使得用户不通过离心浓缩金溶液就可直接包被抗体或可溶性蛋白。由于减少了离心浓缩的步骤，因而凝集的可能性也极大的降低。批间变异性小。

•ATP酶和GTPase催化ATP或GTP分解为ADP或GDP和游离磷酸根离子。这些酶在运输，信号转导，蛋白质生物合成和细胞分化中起关键作用。BioAssay Systems QuantiChrom™ATPase / GTPase检测试剂盒提供了一种高灵敏度的方法，用于测定微孔板中ATPase / GTPase的活性。其专有配方具有单一试剂，可在室温下30分钟内测定酶活性。改进的孔雀绿试剂形成稳定的深绿色，释放的磷酸盐在平板读数器（600-660nm）上测量。
