BioPhysics Assay Laboratory (BioPAL), Inc. provides the life science community with products and methods to measure in vivo organ function and to track compounds-of-interest in in vivo systems.  BioPAL offers products that support seven different technology platforms: Neutron activation technology (NA), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Time resolved fluorescent technology (TRF), Magnetic cell sorting technology (MCS, Functional immunoassay technology (FIT), Molecular imaging and tracking technology (MITT), and PET imaging and radiotherapy research (PET & Rad).

Kidney Diagnostics
Immunoassay (ELISA) kits are available to measure the clearance of inulin and iohexol to obtain an accurate glomerular filtration rate (GFR) value.  BioPAL also offers laboratory services for those customers who do not have the capability to perform the immunoassay in-house.

MRI Reagents Download a Comprehensive Product Price List.
BioPAL offer a wide range of iron-base (T2 imaging agent) and gadolinium-based (T1 imaging agent) contrast reagents to the life-science community.  BioPAL is a leading provider of quality MRI contrast reagents.

Blood Flow Studies
Twelve different labels of microspheres are available to measure and quantify regional blood flow in experimental models.  BioPAL’s product and service are currently the most cost effective method available.

Cell Labeling and Tracking
Reagents are available to label and track cells in in vitro and in vivo systems.  Tags include MRI markers, neutron activation markers, fluorescent markers, time-resolved fluorescent markers.  Several products combine tracking capabilities.

Dead-Cell Removal Kits and Magnetic Separation
BioPAL offers a superior dead-cell removal technology that removes both dead-cells and stripped nucleic acids from healthy cell cultures.  BioPAL also offers silane-coated magnetite particles made by the inventor and made the right way at the right price!

Theranostic Drug Loading Service
BioPAL is a leading developer of nano technology.  Put our experience and proprietary technology at work for you!

Molecular Imaging and Tracking Technology
FIT Molecular Imaging and Tracking Technology (FIT-MITT) provides researchers with a universal method to label and then image by MRI and quantify by immunoassay compounds-of-interest in in vivo systems.

Nuclear Medicine Imaging Products – PET and SPECT
A family of research reagents designed for nuclear medicine and PET imaging applications.  Products include various marco- & micro-molecules and colloidal probes.  Protein labeling kits for PET imaging and radiotherapy research applications.  Products are suitable for Tc-99m, Cu-64, Y-90, Bi-213, Ga-68, Zr-89, I-127, I-124, I-123, I-125 labeling.  The radioisotope is not included!

In Vivo Imaging Tools



活体光学成像是一种通过实时可视化小动物来监测生物信息的方法,可应用于药物开发、癌细胞检测和治疗反应监测等临床前研究阶段。荧光技术无放射性,半衰期长,便于多通道使用,而且其相关设备及仪器构造比放射性设备简单。由于以上这些特点,荧光技术应用于体内成像领域的研究近年已取得了积极的进展。

BioActs 提供的近红外(NIR)荧光染料波长范围为700~900 nm,无因生物物质自发荧光而引起的噪声,并且由于波长较长,可作为活体光学成像中的有效显像剂。

NpFlamma® HGC 系列


NpFlamma®HGC 是基于壳聚糖纳米粒开发的近红外 (NIR) 荧光造影剂。由于 NpFlamma® HGC 系列药剂的主要成分——壳聚糖是生物衍生材料,因此没有毒性问题,具有半衰期长、光稳定性好和可溶于水等优点。
