Innovex Background Buster，背景去除

 

产品介绍：
在免疫组织化学，免疫荧光，流式细胞术等各种免疫法中，经常观察到一些非特异性的背景着色，使用Innovex提供的背景染去除剂即可预防背景着色。

Innovex背景去除剂是一个多样化的强大的肽技术，用于消除组织和细胞抗体免疫染色的背景，特别是使用免疫组化，免疫荧光，DNA或RNA探针原位杂交时。这也使得在小鼠组织中的小鼠抗体染色成为可能。
 
背景去除剂是动物组织免疫组化染色和荧光染色所必须使用的。
 
先进及*的功能：
•允许相同的物种抗体和组织（如在小鼠组织中的抗小鼠抗体，同理其他动物兔，大鼠也一样）。
•在滴一抗前或原位探针前使用背景去除剂孵育10分钟。 
•消除背景染色。
•可代替正常血清，酪蛋白等其他封闭剂。
•用于冰冻和石蜡切片均较好。
•用探针原位杂交效果也好。
•动物组织免疫组化和荧光染色所必须的。
