ホールピペット スーパーグレード 30mL

・一定の体積の液体を量りとるために用いられます。全量ピペットとも呼ばれます。 ・目盛は通常1本のみで、目盛のある部分の管径が細いため、同容量のメスピペットより目盛の精度が高いです。 ・目盛は排出体積、目盛まで液体を吸い上げ、全量を排出したときの体積を表します。出用を意味するTDが表示されています。（TD：To Deliver の略） ・目盛は20℃の水を測定したときの体積を表しています。 ・JIS規格（R3505）では、高精度のクラスAと標準のクラスBが規定されています。 ・当社ではJISクラスAの許容誤差の「カスタムA」とクラスAを上回る高精度の「スーパーグレード」の2種類があります。 ・当社のホールピペットは液切れのよいガラス素材DUROBAX®を採用しています。

●ホールピペット使用方法
1.ホールピペットの先端を液体の入った容器の底に浸け、標線より上まで口で吸い上げる。（容器内の液が少ないと空気と一緒に口に吸い込んでしまうので注意。有害な液体の場合は安全ピペッター等を使う。）
2.素早くホールピペットの吸引口を人差し指で塞ぐ。（液が標線より上で止まるように）
3.押さえた人差し指を緩めて液をゆっくり落下させ、メニスカスを標線に合わせる。
4.容器の内壁に先端をつけ、指を離し、液を排出する。（吹き出さずに自然流下させる）
5.先端に最後に残った液は、吸引口を人差し指で押さえピペット先端を受器にあてながら、ピペットの膨らんだ部分を握って内部の空気を温めて押し出す。（5mL以下の小さなものは軽く口で吹き出す）

 

●ホールピペット使用上の注意
容器の液体は、吸い上げる量以上の十分な量があること。少ないと空気を巻き込み、口に吸い込んでしまい危険です。
また、加熱乾燥をするとよく「目盛が狂う」と言われますが、一般的な加熱乾燥では問題は生じません。 ガラス体積計は、製造工程の中で、目盛りを打った後に500℃以上の高い温度をかけて白プリントやシルバーステンを焼き付けています。 “加熱はガラス体積計の目盛に影響を及ぼすか”について検証した 文献も発表されています。 ただし、加熱乾燥する際は、以下に注意してください。 それは熱衝撃による破損の可能性があるということがあります。洗ったばかりの体積計を加熱乾燥器の上の段に入れると、温度に よっては垂れたしずくとの温度差で破損につながる恐れがあるので、洗ったばかりの器具は下の段に入れ ることを推奨します。加熱乾燥器を使用するときは、設定温度やガラス器具の入れ方に注意してください。

・一定の体積の液体を量りとるために用いられます。 ・ストレートな管に目盛が複数表示されています。 ・同容量のホールピペットより目盛の精度は低いが、目盛が複数あるので、汎用性があります。 ・目盛は排出体積、目盛まで液体を吸い上げ、全量を排出したときの体積を表す。出用を意味するTDを表示しています。（TD：To Deliver の略） ・目盛は20℃の水を測定したときの体積を表しています。 ・JIS規格（R3505）では、高精度のクラスAと標準のクラスBが規定されています。 ・当社ではJISクラスAの許容誤差の「カスタムA」とクラスAを上回る高精度の「スーパーグレード」の2種類があります。 ・当社のメスピペットは液切れのよいガラス素材DUROBAX®を採用しています。

●メスピペットの使用方法
1.メスピペットの先端を液体の入った容器の底に浸け、標線より上まで口で吸い上げる。（液が少ないと空気と一緒に口に吸い込んでしまうので注意。有害な液体の場合は安全ピペッター等を使う。）
2.素早くピペットの吸引口を人差し指で塞ぐ。（液が標線より上で止まるように）
3.押さえた人差し指を緩めて液をゆっくり落下させ、メニスカスを標線に合わせる。
4.容器の内壁に先端をつけ、指を離し、液を排出する。（吹き出さずに自然流下させる）
5.最後に残った液は、吸引口を人差し指で押さえピペット先端を受器にあてながら、ピペットの膨らんだ部分を握って内部の空気を温めて押し出す。（5mL以下の小さなものは軽く口で吹き出す）

 

●メスピペット使用上の注意
容器の液体は、吸い上げる量以上の十分な量があること。少ないと空気を巻き込み、口に吸い込んでしまい危険です。
