蛋白背景

Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CCSP)是Clara细胞最主要的分泌物,由二条相同肽链反向排列连接而成,CCSP作为肺上皮特异性蛋白已成为肺上皮屏障损伤的外周标志。CCSP具有抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节、肿瘤抑制等多种生物活性。

应用实例

图片成年小鼠肺组织,用6%正常山羊血清预包埋,并用抗大鼠TTF-1兔血清(1:2000稀释)染色。通过DAB(黑色)观察TTF-1,并用核快红(粉红色)复染。放大倍数10倍。
