ELISA原理：

该测定基于夹心ELISA技术，其中将对组装的AAV衣壳上的构象表位特异性的重组抗体涂覆到板上，并用于从样品中捕获AAV颗粒。

捕获的AAV颗粒的检测是一个两步过程。

将生物素缀合的重组抗体结合到捕获的AAV颗粒上。
