E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free Plasmid Midi Kit

The E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free Plasmid Midi/Maxi Kits provide an efficient method for the large-scale isolation of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA. Following lysis, endotoxins are removed from the cleared lysate with the addition of ETR Solution. Plasmid DNA is then further purified by adsorbing to the HiBind silica membrane. An easy wash step is followed by the elution of the bound plasmid DNA in elution buffer. Up to 200 µg of high-quality plasmid DNA can be purified from 30-50 mL of overnight culture (D6915), and up to 1 mg from 100-200 mL of overnight culture (D6926). Purified DNA samples are ready to be used in downstream applications such as automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, transfection of mammalian cells, cloning, and PCR amplification.

Quality and yield of plasmid DNA purified using the E.Z.N.A.® Endo-Free Plasmid Midi and Maxi Kits. Plasmid (PEGF-N1) DNA was isolated from 50 mL (Midi Kit)/200 mL (Maxi Kit) of LB cultures. DNA was eluted in 500 µL (Midi Kit)/2 mL (Maxi Kit) Endotoxin-Free Elution Buffer and quantitated using Thermo Fisher NanoDrop® 2000 and dynamic turbidity method.

E.Z.N.A.® Plant RNA Kit

E.Z.N.A.® Plant RNA Kit provides a convenient and rapid method for the isolation of total RNA from a variety of plant samples. This kit includes a homogenizer column for filtration and homogenization of viscous plant cell lysates by centrifugation in combination with the HiBind® RNA spin column for RNA purification. All the contaminants including polysaccharides and phenolic compounds are effectively removed. Purified RNA can be used for most downstream applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blot analysis, differential display, and poly A+ RNA selection.

The Tissue Direct PCR Kit incorporates a novel buffer system that effectively lyses tissue and neutralizes inhibitors.  Simply take small pieces of tissue (5-10 mg) and incubate with T1 Buffer at room temperature or 56°C for 10 minutes to lyse tissue and release DNA.  After a 3 minute incubation at 95°C, the sample is ready for PCR amplification.

植物种子无需经DNA提取而直接用于PCR扩增
本试剂盒采用独特的溶液系统可以快速从植物种子样品中提取微量基因组DNA，提取的DNA可以马上用于PCR反应，完全不需要其他去蛋白，RNA或者次生代谢产物的过程，足够满足快速检测的需要，因此特别适合大规模基因检测。只需要微量的样品（5mg左右）就能得到可以用于100次左右的PCR反应模板，节约用户宝贵的实验材料，整个过程不需要有机溶剂抽提等步骤，节省您宝贵的实验时间，而且试剂中不含有毒物质，免去实验人员接触有毒试剂的危险。使用本试剂盒提取的基因组DNA可以直接用于PCR扩增实验，或者于4°C保存备用。

The Plant Direct PCR Kit contains all the reagents required to rapidly extract and amplify genomic DNA from plant leaves.  DNA is extracted by submersing the leaf tissue in Extraction Solution and incubating at 55°C for 10 minutes, followed by 95°C for 5 minutes.  After an equal volume of the PT3 Buffer is added to the extract to neutralize inhibitory substances, the extract is ready for PCR.  An aliquot of the diluted extract is then combined with the 2X Taq Master Mix and user provided PCR primers to amplify target DNA. 2X Taq Master Mix is a 2X Reaction Mix containing buffer, salts, dNTPs, and Taq DNA Polymerase. It is optimized specifically for use with the extraction reagents.
