§金纳米粒子应用

诊断应用

由于巯基(-SH)基团对金表面的亲和力,金纳米粒子很容易与抗体和其他蛋白质结合,而金 – 生物分子结合物已被广泛地纳入诊断应用,其中它们的亮红色用于家庭和点横向流动测定等护理测试。  

生物医学应用

金纳米材料可与生物分子结合以特异性靶向癌细胞,并用于光热癌症治疗,其可调光学特性使其将激光转化为热并选择性地杀死癌细胞。   

等离子体激元

 

金纳米颗粒*的光学性质,因为它们支持  表面等离子体。在特定波长的光下,表面等离子体被驱动成共振并强烈吸收或散射入射光。这种效果非常强,可以使用传统的暗视野显微镜对直径小至30nm的单个纳米颗粒进行成像。金属纳米结构与光的强耦合是等离子体新领域的基础。等离子体金纳米粒子的应用包括生物医学标签,传感器和检测器。金等离子体共振也是增强光谱技术的基础,例如表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)和表面增强荧光光谱,可用于检测具有超高灵敏度的分析物。 

§超均匀金纳米球

我们的标准Au纳米球具有多种有用的表面化学和窄尺寸分布(CV <15%),适用于从横向流动测定到光学涂层的各种应用。然而,一些应用,例如多重暗场标记或纳米粒子尺寸和形状的标准,需要对形状和尺寸分散性具有更严格的公差。对于这些应用,nanoComposix已成功制造出超均匀的单分散金纳米球,其尺寸可在10 nm至200 nm之间调节。 如下所示,这些金纳米粒子具有近乎的球形,光滑的表面和令人印象深刻的窄尺寸分布(CV <6%,并且对于许多尺寸CV <4%)。

光学和散射特性

由于它们在尺寸和形状上的高度均匀性,这些Au纳米球在暗场显微镜成像下散射单色光(如下所示)。其高纯度的光散射特征使得这些纳米球成为用于等离子体纳米结构和器件的成像和构建块的散射标记。

 

表面化学

金纳米球在水溶液中用柠檬酸盐稳定。凭借其稳定,易于置换的表面化学,金纳米球可以通过各种分子轻松实现功能化,包括具有所需官能团的聚合物和小分子,无机涂层(如二氧化硅)和生物分子(包括DNA和抗体)。

§需要更高的灵敏度?

与40nm金纳米壳相比,金纳米壳通常提供横向流动诊断测定灵敏度的2-20倍增加。金纳米壳由120nm二氧化硅核组成,涂有15nm金壳。纳米壳的密度低于固体150nm金球,并且高度均匀,因此具有优异的流动特性。由于颗粒具有与40nm金纳米球相同的金表面,因此仅需要对缀合方案进行微小改变以产生超灵敏测定。纳米壳的每OD-mL的价格仅略高于我们的40nm金纳米颗粒。
