蛋白激酶B或Akt（PKB / Akt）

蛋白激酶B或Akt（PKB / Akt）是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶，在哺乳动物中包含三个高度同源的成员，称为PKB alpha（Akt1），PKB beta（Akt2）和PKB gamma（Akt3）。PKB / Akt是一种生长因子调节的蛋白激酶，其中包含pleckstrin同源性（PH）域。磷酸肌醇3-OH激酶产物与pleckstrin同源结构域的结合导致PKB / Akt易位至质膜，在该处，PKB / Akt通过上游激酶（包括磷酸肌苷依赖性激酶1（PDK1））的磷酸化被激活。这种酶的关键作用可以在细胞过程中发现，例如葡萄糖代谢，细胞增殖，凋亡，转录和细胞迁移。
