凝血酶原时间（PT）

该 TECHNOPLASTIN ® HIS和 TECHNOCLOT ® PT系列是兔来源的凝血活酶试剂。促凝血酶原激素是组织因子，磷脂和钙的混合物。

凝血酶原时间（PT）用于：

·筛查外在和共同途径中的先天性或后天性缺陷

·监测华法林治疗

·帮助诊断DIC

·帮助诊断因子II，V和X的抑制剂

对于华法林监测，常见的报告方法是INR; 在某些国家，使用称为凝血酶原百分比活性的替代标准化方法。

INR基于以下公式：

所述TECHNOCLOT ® PT Owren是根据Owren修饰的促凝血酶原激酶试剂。该试剂富含牛血浆，通过吸附除去了凝血酶原复合因子II，VII和X. 牛血浆仍然是纤维蛋白原和因子V的来源，因此通过该试验不能检测到这些蛋白质的异常。

该试剂有两种形式，一种用于手动方法，另一种用于凝血分析仪的自动化用途。

活化的部分凝血活酶时间（aPTT）

Technoclone aPTT试剂是不同比例的活化剂和磷脂的混合物，以提供对肝素，狼疮和因子具有不同敏感性的试剂

aPTT测试用于：

·筛查内在和接触途径中的先天性或后天性缺陷

·监测肝素治疗

·帮助诊断狼疮抗凝血剂

·帮助诊断因子VIII，IX和XI的抑制剂

aPTT测量是纤维蛋白凝块形成所需的时间，结果以秒表示。对于监测抗凝血药物，结果通常表示为平均正常时间的倍数。

纤维蛋白原

Technoclone的纤维蛋白原试剂是一种改良的Clauss试剂，具有高凝血酶浓度，使得该试验对肝素几乎不敏感并增强凝块检测。

使用纤维蛋白原：

·在诊断DIC时

·在肝功能衰竭的诊断中

·检测纤维蛋白原的定性异常

·确定纤维蛋白原的定量缺乏

首先用具有已知纤维蛋白原浓度的血浆（例如凝血参比）测定凝固时间对浓度（g / dL）的校准曲线。从校准曲线读出患者样品的纤维蛋白原浓度。

凝血酶时间

使用凝血酶时间：

·评估纤维蛋白溶解疗法的有效性

凝血酶时间测量是加入试剂后纤维蛋白凝块形成所需的时间，结果以秒表示。如果样品的凝固时间延长超过参考范围，则纤维蛋白原水平或活性低或可能存在凝血酶抑制剂。
