ADP 和胶原蛋白在正常富含血小板的血浆中诱导血小板聚集的特征模式。患有各种获得性和遗传性血小板功能障碍的患者的血小板对这些试剂表现出异常反应。在存在 von Willebrand 因子的情况下，Ristocetin 会诱导血小板凝集。在来自血管性血友病综合征患者的富含血小板的血浆中，这种反应降低或不存在。
