KPL SureBlue TMB Microwell Substrate develops a deep blue color in the presence of peroxidase-labeled conjugates measurable at 650 nm and turns yellow when stopped by acidification and read at 450 nm. Recommended for ELISA and blotting applications with addition of membrane enhancer.

Single-component, ready-to-use format of 3,3', 5, 5' – tetramethylbenzidine exhibits exceptional stability and lot-to-lot consistency. No reagent preparation required, very convenient.

KPL SureBlue TMB 微孔底物在过氧化物酶标记的偶联物存在下形成深蓝色，可在 650 nm 处测量，当酸化停止并在 450 nm 处读取时变黄。推荐用于 ELISA 和印迹应用，并添加膜增强剂。
