PCR试剂盒专为通过实时聚合酶链式反应（PCR）方法检测人类疱疹病毒8（HHV-8）而设计。

的HHV-8检测由在具体保守DNA序列的扩增ORF26基因编码的次要衣壳蛋白（MCP）和ORF73编码潜伏相关核抗原（LANA）的基因和荧光增强的测量。FAM荧光团荧光增长表明HHV-8的存在。内标（IS）包含在反应混合物中，控制可能的PCR抑制（ISIN版本）或排除，同时控制DNA提取过程质量（ISEX版本）。在HEX荧光团荧光通道中检测到IS阳性扩增。检测试剂盒利用“热启动”技术，大限度地减少非特异性反应并确保大灵敏度。准备使用MasterMix含有尿嘧啶-DNA-糖基化酶（UDG），消除了扩增产物可能污染PCR。该试剂盒专为体外研究 诊断并提供定性和定量检测。

该方法包括使用等位基因特异性荧光团标记的探针扩增和检测靶序列。靶序列是位点1298（A1298C）中的单核苷酸腺嘌呤/胞嘧啶多态性。在HEX荧光通道中的FAM荧光通道和突变等位基因（C1298C）中检测到野生型等位基因（A1298A）的存在。在杂合基因型（A1298C）的情况下，在两个通道中检测到信号。检测套件包含准备使用MasterMix并利用“热启动”技术，大限度地减少非特异性反应并确保大灵敏度。Kit是专为体外诊断而设计的。

该方法包括使用等位基因特异性荧光团标记的探针扩增和检测靶序列。靶序列是位点20210（G20210A）中的单核苷酸鸟嘌呤/腺嘌呤多态性。在HEX荧光通道中的FAM荧光通道和突变等位基因（A20210A）中检测到野生型等位基因（G20210G）的存在。在杂合基因型（G20210A）的情况下，在两个通道中检测到信号。检测套件包含准备使用MasterMix并利用“热启动”技术，大限度地减少非特异性反应并确保大灵敏度。Kit是专为体外诊断而设计的。

PCR试剂盒设计用于通过一步RT实时聚合酶链式反应（PCR）方法检测丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）RNA。

HCV检测包括扩增单拷贝5'UTR RNA序列和测量荧光增加。HCV存在由FAM荧光团荧光生长指示。内部标准（IS）包含在PCR试剂盒中，控制整个诊断过程，即RNA提取效率，逆转录步骤效率（RNA转录成cDNA）和PCR扩增效率（PCR抑制）。在HEX荧光团荧光通道中检测到IS阳性扩增。检测试剂盒利用“热启动”技术，大限度地减少非特异性反应并确保大灵敏度。该试剂盒专为体外诊断而设计，并提供定性和定量检测。

Ortho-Phenylenediamine is a water soluble chromogenic substrate that produces a yellow color during the enzymatic degradation of hydrogen peroxide by horseradish peroxidase with an absorption maximum at 450nm.After addition of sulfuric acid a very stable orange end solution is obtained that can be read at 490nm.
