Biosearch Technologies的根源可以追溯到1978年,现任总裁兼*执行官罗恩 – 库克,博士创立了“Biosearch”,为新兴的生物技术产业提供研究工具。在20世纪80年代,Biosearch自主研发固相DNA合成器,如SAM I, the Cyclone, Biosearch 8700 and Biosearch 8800 Prep。这些生产制造的寡核苷酸的技术,催生新寡核苷酸技术的发展。zui引人注目的是1982年,Kary Mullis在Cetus 公司使用了BiosearchSAM I合成DNA创造使用的寡核苷酸,其zui终导致的聚合酶链反应(PCR)的发现。

  • 通过测量360nm处的吸光度并使用DNP = 1.74×10E + 04的消光系数来确定DNP的缀合。假定BSA的分子量为66,430,则缀合比为DNP与BSA的摩尔比。将溶液在-20℃下储存。防光。该产品可以以1mg / mL的浓度溶于pH 7.2的磷酸盐缓冲盐水(PBS)中。储存在溶液中时,产物可能会沉淀,因此推荐在使用前将溶液短暂离心,只能使用上清液。使用PBS时请参考下面的配方。PBS制剂:8g NaCl 0.2g KCl 0.2g磷酸氢二钾(KH 2 PO 4)1.15g磷酸二氢钠(Na 2 HPO 4)加入1L水

Black Hole Quencher (BHQ®) 染料:

Black Hole Quencher (BHQ®) 染料结合 FRET静粹灭技术避免了常规荧光粹灭技术如TAMRA带来的残留背景信号及dabcyl的低信噪比,可实现宽的光谱范围(从480 nm 到近红外光区)的荧光粹灭。

公司主要产品:

一、ValuPanel试剂:

ValuPanel试剂是目前*一家基于BHQ荧光粹灭技术合成的一系列检测病原微生物的探针和引物,用于2009 H1N1, A型流感病毒、InfAInfA/H1InfA/H3 Infa/HInfa/H5b InfBswInfAswH1H7N9 (禽流感)的检测(仅用于研究)。

二、Slaris® RNA FISH 探针:

FISH (荧光原位杂交是一款亚细胞水平的特定RNA定位、定量检测技术。Biosearch Technologies公司的Slaris FISH探针是一系列荧光基团标记的特异引物序列,可以用于目的RNA分子的直接表达检测,无需样品分离、纯化和扩增。目前Biosearch Technologies公司除了大量已合成的成品探针外还接受客户探针定制服务。公司在上还提供的在线引物设计软件与实验设计、操作等使用说明,便于客户根据实验需要设计自己*的探针分子。

三、荧光探针和引物

Biosearch Technologies提供多种用于real-time qPCRSNP检测的探针和引物,所有探针和引物产品均基于 BHQ技术生产,可根据需要标记不同的荧光基团,如FAMTETHEXJOECAL Fluor®Quasar®Pulsar® dyes及其它修饰方法染料选取请在公司主页上参考Dye Selection Chart板块。

四、DNA/RNA合成试剂:

Biosearch Technologies提供多种DNA/RNA合成试剂,包括Black Hole Quencher® (BHQ®) dyes及相关试剂、各种荧光染料及非荧光标记分子(氨基酸、磷酸化、生物素化)、常规的DNA/RNA合成试剂与配件、纯化试剂及纯化柱等产品。

产品用途:

  • 通过测量360nm处的吸光度并使用DNP = 1.74×10E + 04的消光系数来确定DNP的缀合。假定BSA的分子量为66,430,则缀合比为DNP与BSA的摩尔比。将溶液在-20℃下储存。防光。该产品可以以1mg / mL的浓度溶于pH 7.2的磷酸盐缓冲盐水(PBS)中。储存在溶液中时,产物可能会沉淀,因此推荐在使用前将溶液短暂离心,只能使用上清液。使用PBS时请参考下面的配方。PBS制剂:8g NaCl 0.2g KCl 0.2g磷酸氢二钾(KH 2 PO 4)1.15g磷酸二氢钠(Na 2 HPO 4)加入1L水

产品用途:

  • Conjugation is determined at pH 8.5 by measuring NP absorbance at 430nm, using the extinction coefficient of NP= 4.23 x 10E+03. The conjugation ratio is given as a molar ratio of NP to CGG assuming the molecular weight of CGG is 150,000. Store solution in aliquots at -20°C. Protect from light. This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL. Product may precipitate when stored in solution, therefore it is recommended to centrifuge the solutions briefly before use and use only the supernatant. When using PBS please refer to the formulation below. PBS Formulation: 8 g NaCl 0.2 g KCl 0.2 g potassium di-hydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) 1.15 g di-sodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4) Add to 1 L of water
