二、AIDS中心供应的产品
NIBSC的CFAR是由医学研究协会资助下创建于1989年的HIV/AIDS试剂中心,是世界上仅有的的两个之一(欧洲*)致力于提供全部HIV/AIDS研究用试剂的研究中心。该中心目前供应的产品超过6000种,主要包括:各种HIV/AIDS研究用细胞株、病毒家系、DNA克隆、单/多克隆抗体、多肽、重组蛋白、细胞因子、趋化因子、抗HIV药物/复合物。
三、流感资源中心供应的产品
过去30年里,NIBSC 的流感资源中心在流感疫苗的生产与标准化中起着重要作用,流感疫苗研发与生产的关键问题在于流感病毒有着*的突变率,用于疫苗研发与生产的病毒株每隔一段时间须得更新,在WHO推荐用于疫苗生产和研发的流感病毒株选择上起着关键性作用。目前该中心为客户提供大量候选的流感疫苗、病毒、SRD试剂及唾液酸苷酶试剂。包括H1N1、H3N2、B (Yamagata lineage)、 B (Victoria lineage)。
四、CJD研究与资源中心供应的产品

简介:肿瘤坏死因子是一种参与全身炎症的细胞因子,是一组刺激急性期反应的细胞因子之一。TNFalpha主要由巨噬细胞分泌。
TNFalpha导致凋亡细胞死亡、细胞增殖、分化、炎症、肿瘤发生和病毒复制,并参与脂质代谢和凝血。TNF的主要作用是调节免疫细胞。TNFalpha的失调,尤其是生产过剩,与多种人类疾病有关——自身免疫性疾病、胰岛素抵抗和癌症。
说明:在大肠杆菌中产生的重组人TNF-α是一条单一的非糖基化多肽链,包含158个氨基酸,分子量为17483.77道尔顿。rh-TNF-α通过标准色谱技术纯化。
来源:大肠杆菌
外观:无菌过滤白色冻干(冻干)粉末。
配方:从0.2µm过滤溶液中加入含有200mM NACl的25mM乙酸钠(pH 6.5)进行冻干。
1µg的等份含有5%(w/vol)的海藻糖,以便更好地回收。
溶解度:建议在不小于100µg/ml的无菌H2O中重新配制冻干rh TNFα,然后再将其稀释到其他水溶液中。
稳定性:冻干的rh-TNF-α虽然在室温下稳定3周,但应在-18°C以下干燥保存。重组后,rh-TNF-α应在2-7天之间在4°C下保存,以备将来在-18°C以下使用。对于长期保存,建议添加载体蛋白(0.1%HSA或BSA)。
请防止冻融循环。
纯度:SDS-PAGE测定大于98.0%。
氨基酸序列:测定前五个N端氨基酸的序列,发现其符合Val-Arg-Ser-Ser。
内毒素:LAL法测定的内毒素水平小于1 EU/µg
生物活性:放线菌素存在下小鼠L929细胞的细胞裂解测定的ED50<0.05 ng/ml,对应于

Mycosafe® 支原体标准品由Renate Rosengarten教授开发,并于2012年在欧洲市场上以国际注册的Mycosafe® 品牌首次商品化。Mycosafe® 可提供冷冻的灭活支原体标准品制剂,其中包括Mycosafe® 灭活单菌株标准品和便捷的Mycosafe® 灭活多菌株验证标准品和对照套装,适用于各种验证和定量测试。另可提供灭活的非对数生长期中期细胞制剂(Mycosafe® 支原体标准品)或基因拷贝数(GC)经校正的纯化DNA标准品制剂(Mycosafe®支原体DNA标准品)。
Mycosafe® 灭活支原体培养标准品经专门开发,特别适合用于:
(ⅰ)在商用或非商用支原体实时PCR检测系统(包括培养基富集法/实时PCR杂交)的通用和特定产品验证中用作标准品;
(ⅱ)与传统的基于培养法的支原体检测方法进行比较;
(ⅲ)作为常规支原体检测的对照品。

Mycosafe® 可提供17种药典支原体标准菌株和4种与产品相关的非药典支原体菌株,它们可代表大多数在传统生物制药和先进治疗药物(ATMP)中的基因疗法及再生医学中被视为污染物的支原体,其中包含:
• 药典 EP第2.6.7章、USP第<63>章和JP第17版第G3章中所列出的所有10种支原体菌株
• 根据EP、USP和JP支原体测试指南,猪鼻支原体(Mycoplasma hyorhinis)α标准菌株DBS 1050,是生物制药原料进行传统细胞系培养法所需的
• 供试菌。由于该菌株无法在标准支原体培养基中培养,因此该重要的菌株标准品无法通过其他方式获得。
• EP第2.6.7章中列出的所有5种EDQM支原体野外分离株。
• 符合EP和USP的支原体野外分离株要求的肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma bovis)5167(与Mycoplasma Experience Ltd公司合作提供)。

邻苯二甲酸酯被广泛用作合成树脂的增塑剂。2010年9月6日,厚生劳动省336通知中已将玩具或原材料中的标准品做了相应修订,且加强了对邻苯二甲酸酯的规定。这次修订主要征对日本国外的趋势,对使用聚氯乙烯合成树脂为原料的指定玩具中,在限制DEHP、DINP的基础上再加了两种四种邻苯二甲酸酯物质(DBP、BBP、DIDP、DNOP)。
此外,2019年7月实行的RoHS2.0指令的监管对象项目中又新增了4种邻苯二甲酸酯(DEHP、DBP、BBP、DIBP)。
